3D Projection Mapping “Himeji Hikari Emaki HAKUA- New flapping-”

It’s been 45 years since the previous restoration work of Himeji Castle.
It underwent restoration work for several years recently, and now the brilliant white Himeji Castle has already reopened to public since 2015.
On the gleaming white Himeji Castle, TAKENAKA launched a projection mapping in May 2015.
Because of the long distance from Himeji Castle, we needed to set up 12 projectors!
It felt like getting into a construction site…
We also put a great number of speakers on the site!
They looked powerful.
At this time, our Chief Technical Director, Ms. Hino was getting interviewed on a TV program
She is always overflowing with smiles, but this time she looked really cool~!

They looked like light beams.
The Castle is so far from the operation booth, that’s why he needed a binocular telescope!?
Himeji Castle is so popular that there were no places free!
And even admission limit setting was ordered…
190000 people gathered in Sannomaru Square in 3 days!
The screens, no matter whether using camera or mobile, were also very beautiful!
